We would like to inform the citizens of Turkmenistan, who graduated from the professional educational establishments in the Republic of Turkey that for the recognition of the documents on the professional education in Turkmenistan they should be legalized by the appropriate state institutions of the Republic of Turkey, that is they should be certified in the Department of Higher Education of the Administration of Education and on the foreign countries of the Ministry of the National Education of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.
