On October 25, members of the Turkmenistan–Turkey interparliamentary friendship group met with the Diplomatic Chairman of the Council for Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Turkey, Mahmut Er.
At the meeting, the Turkmen side familiarized the partners with the main directions of Turkmenistan's domestic and foreign policy, based on the principles of the country's permanent neutrality status, as well as with the legislative activities of the national Parliament.
During the meeting, it was noted with satisfaction that bilateral Turkmen-Turkish cooperation is developing on the basis of friendship and brotherhood, mutual understanding and support.
It was also noted that at present it is important to develop multi-vector relations at a high level in all areas, including trade, economic, investment, energy, transport and logistics, industrial, urban planning and agricultural fields, banking and sports, which are important for both countries.
