The President of Turkmenistan got acquainted with the work carried out in the agro-industrial complex

​President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhalliev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and khakimov velayatov. Issues related to the implementation of the National Rural Program, as well as the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country, were put on the agenda.

The first speaker was given to the head of the administration of the Akhal Velayat, S.Soltanmyradov, who reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As noted, the necessary measures are currently being taken to increase the rate of harvesting cotton without losses, including for the effective use of agricultural machinery, the smooth functioning of reception points and cotton gins.

Along with this, in accordance with agrotechnical deadlines, wheat sowing continues. Vegetation irrigation is carried out on the sown areas, where uniform shoots are obtained. At the same time, agricultural machinery and aggregates are used at full capacity.

Potato, vegetable and other crops are being cared for and the harvest is being harvested.

In the livestock farms of the velayat, work is being carried out on the arrangement of wintering sites and harvesting the necessary amount of feed for the winter period.

Hyakim also reported on the state of affairs in the construction of social and industrial facilities planned for commissioning this year as part of the National Rural Program.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of harvesting cotton without losses and sowing wheat according to agrotechnical deadlines, addressing a number of specific instructions to hyakim.

In addition, the head of state ordered to keep under control the construction of facilities, the completion of which is scheduled for the current year in accordance with the National Rural Program, and to ensure high quality of work.

Then the Governor of the Balkan Velayat H.Ashyrmyradov reported on the state of affairs in the region.

As noted, efforts are currently being made to increase the rate of harvesting the grown cotton crop without losses, uninterrupted reception of raw materials and its proper storage.

Along with this, the necessary measures are being taken to carry out wheat sowing at a high level and in agrotechnical terms, use agricultural machinery and aggregates at full capacity, as well as timely watering on sown areas.

Harvesting of potatoes, vegetables, and other agricultural crops continues in the velayat.

In the livestock farms of the region, work is being carried out to harvest feed in sufficient volume and bring the places intended for wintering livestock into proper condition.

It was also reported on the pace of construction of facilities for various purposes, planned within the framework of the country's Socio-economic Development Program in 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, scheduled for commissioning this year.

After hearing the report, the head of state noted the importance of seasonal field campaigns, as well as proper sowing of wheat in the region and harvesting cotton without losses, giving hyakim a number of instructions.

At the same time, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to ensure the high quality of construction within the framework of the National Rural Program of social and industrial facilities scheduled for commissioning this year.

Then the workshop continued with the report of the hyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev on the progress of seasonal agricultural work.

As noted, the necessary measures are being taken to harvest the grown crop of raw cotton without losses. Special attention is paid to the operation of agricultural machinery at full capacity.

Wheat sowing continues in the velayat, good seedlings appear on the sown fields, while agricultural machinery and aggregates are used efficiently and at full capacity.

At the same time, the harvested rice crop is being harvested in the velayat.

It was also reported on the pace of construction of socio-cultural and industrial facilities planned for commissioning this year as part of the National Rural Program.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the requirement of the day is the organized and agrotechnical conduct of seasonal agricultural work, and in this regard gave the hyakim a number of instructions.

The Head of State also instructed Hyakim to keep under control the quality and timing of construction of various facilities planned for opening this year as part of the country's Socio-Economic Development Program.

Then M.Annanepesov, the hakim of the Lebap Velayat, reported on the progress of work in the fields of the region.

As reported, guided by the tasks set by the President of the country to obtain rich harvests of agricultural crops, these days the cotton harvest continues without losses and its delivery to the state harman. Appropriate measures are being taken to ensure the smooth operation of agricultural machinery, the delivery of harvested raw materials to reception points and cotton gins.

Wheat is also being sown, while agricultural machinery and aggregates are used at full capacity. Vegetation irrigation is carried out on the sown fields in a timely manner.

The region continues to take care of winter potatoes, vegetable and other crops in an organized manner, as well as harvesting the grown crop.

Along with this, efforts are being made in the velayat to harvest rice as soon as possible and deliver it to the bins of the Motherland.

Work is also underway to increase the number of livestock and optimize the conditions of its maintenance.

Information was provided on the progress of construction of socio-cultural and industrial facilities being built within the framework of the country's Socio-Economic Development Program in 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, scheduled for commissioning this year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the seasonal agricultural activities launched these days, instructing the hyakim to carry out these works at a high organizational level and within agrotechnical deadlines.

Next, B.Orazov, the hyakim of Mary Velayat, made a report on the progress of seasonal field work.

As reported, the state has provided farmers with all opportunities and is doing everything necessary to complete the cotton harvesting campaign as soon as possible and without losses. Appropriate measures are being taken at specialized points and enterprises for the uninterrupted reception and storage of raw materials.

At the same time, wheat sowing continues, efforts are being made to complete it according to the agrotechnical calendar, vegetation irrigation is carried out on the sown areas in order to obtain uniform shoots.

In the fields where winter potatoes, vegetable crops and other crops ripen, the care and harvesting of the ripe harvest continues. Preparations are underway for harvesting sugar beets.

Efforts are being made in livestock farms to increase the number of livestock and produce, forage and prepare a place for wintering.

The head of the regional administration informed about the pace of construction of facilities planned for opening this year according to the National Rural Program.

Summarizing the report, the head of state identified as priorities the harvesting of cotton without losses and the completion of grain sowing in accordance with the norms of agricultural technology, ordering the necessary measures to be taken.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhalliyev reported on the progress of seasonal events in the agricultural sector of the country.

As reported, today every effort is being made to complete the cotton harvest in the optimal time, ensure uninterrupted reception of raw materials by specialized points and enterprises, as well as the functioning of agricultural machinery.

Special attention is also paid to measures for the use of machinery and aggregates during the sowing of wheat at full capacity, which will allow the campaign to be completed in an agrotechnical time. Vegetation irrigation is carried out on the sown areas.

Guided by the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to supply the domestic market with agricultural products in sufficient volume, winter potatoes, vegetable crops and fruits are being harvested. Rice harvesting continues in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats, and preparations for sugar beet harvesting are underway in the Mary region.

Livestock farms are preparing for winter: forage is being stocked and appropriate work is being carried out.

After hearing the report, the head of state ordered to ensure a high level of organization of seasonal campaigns in the agricultural sector.

Addressing the participants of the workshop, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the responsible agricultural season – cotton harvesting. It was instructed to take appropriate measures to increase the pace of the campaign in order to optimally and timely complete it, as well as to do everything necessary to ensure the full operation of combines and other equipment, raw material collection points and specialized enterprises. All this will make it possible to harvest the harvest grown with great difficulty without losses and successfully implement sectoral reforms.

Concluding the workshop, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the participants good health, family well-being and great success in their work.
