Issues of strengthening partnership with the EBRD were discussed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

On November 6, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Eric Livni, Head of the Representative Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Turkmenistan, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, issues of the current state and prospects of increasing cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EBRD were discussed.
In this regard, the parties considered proposals aimed at developing systematic work, including the preparation of the EBRD's five-year strategy for Turkmenistan.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on specific projects planned for implementation with the participation of public and private structures, including such areas as "green" cities, water resources and others.
