A visit by the Turkmen delegation to Minsk was organized to study the experience of UNESCO clubs and departments established at higher education institutions. The delegation, consisting of representatives of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO Affairs and heads of clubs, visited Minsk to strengthen cultural and educational ties.
The visit's program included meetings with representatives of the Association of UNESCO Clubs of Belarus, discussions on the role of youth in fostering patriotism and leadership qualities, as well as participation in a roundtable and a ceremony dedicated to Turkmen-Belarusian cooperation. The delegation presented projects from Turkmen clubs, including "Languages of the World," "Akhal-Teke Horses – Ambassadors of Peace," and others. Additionally, a new scientific project of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages – the electronic journal "Issues of Philology" – was introduced.
The prospects for cooperation between universities of the two countries were discussed, including exchanges of scientific research. The delegation also presented their Belarusian colleagues with a sachak made of camel wool, symbolizing unity and collaboration.
