On November 21, 2024, a delegation from Turkmenistan, including representatives from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry, visited the international Kids Expo 2024, held at the Exhibition and Convention Center in Doha, Qatar.
During the visit, the Turkmen delegation became acquainted with the latest advancements in education, healthcare, culture, and leisure aimed at supporting children from newborns to 13 years old. Particular attention was given to sections related to educational technologies, speech therapy, and medical services, as well as innovative methods for organizing children's leisure activities.
The delegation also explored innovative teaching methods presented under the "A+ Program". This program focuses on implementing advanced educational technologies, including virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and blended learning methods. These technologies significantly enhance the quality of education and contribute to the development of critical thinking in children.
Additionally, the delegation reviewed innovative solutions for organizing children's leisure activities, emphasizing modern approaches to fostering creative and social skills in the younger generation. The Turkmen delegation held productive meetings with the exhibition organizers and representatives of international companies, discussing prospects for cooperation and exchanging experiences. Special attention was paid to the importance of integrating modern technologies into Turkmenistan's education and healthcare systems for children.
The Qatari side expressed gratitude for Turkmenistan's participation, highlighting its unique role as the only representative from Central Asia, which added special significance to the event.
During the meeting, the Turkmen side proudly noted that Turkmenistan had successfully held its own “Kids Expo 2024”, demonstrating the country’s strong commitment to the development of education, healthcare, and culture for the younger generation.
Participation in the Qatar exhibition provided Turkmenistan with valuable experience that will contribute to further improving national initiatives in this field. The Turkmen delegation emphasized that these achievements were made possible through the wise leadership of Hero Arkadag and the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, who place great importance on the welfare of children.
These accomplishments have enabled Turkmenistan to actively participate in international events, strengthening cooperation with the global community in matters related to the protection and development of children. The exhibition also provided opportunities to discuss Turkmenistan’s representation in future similar events, where the country can showcase its national achievements in education, healthcare, and culture for children.
