The Higher Language School of Turkmenistan received books in Chinese

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Turkmenistan donated book editions to the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady. 

The event was attended by representatives of the institute's management, teachers, students of the university, as well as Advisor to the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan Zhong Hua, First Secretary Qian Wei, Attaché Chang Min and Li Jiangyin.At the ceremony at the Turkmen university, representatives of the diplomatic mission presented textbooks, teaching aids, dictionaries, collections of works and poems by outstanding Chinese poets to teachers of the Department of Oriental Languages and students studying in the Chinese language and literature specialty. 

During the meeting, speeches were made on the friendly and comprehensively developing relations between Turkmenistan and China, including fruitful bilateral cooperation in the field of education. The speeches discussed effective interaction in the field of professional training and advanced training of Chinese language teachers in Turkmenistan, its teaching at various levels of education - in secondary schools and universities of the country, as well as the growing interest of Turkmen youth in studying the Chinese language.

At the end of the event, the participants expressed confidence that the donated literature will expand opportunities of students to study the Chinese language and will contribute to its further advancement and wider popularization among Turkmen youth.
