Preparations are underway in Ashgabat for the upcoming New Year holiday

On November 22, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the digital system, at which a number of public policy issues were considered.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Annamammedov reported on the preparations in Ashgabat for the upcoming New Year holiday.

As reported, in order to meet with dignity and organize celebrations on the occasion of the upcoming year 2025, it is planned to decorate New Year's trees in the cultural centers of the capital, recreation parks, venues for cultural events, on avenues, as well as carry out work on the festive decoration of the main city of the country.

In this regard, relevant proposals were submitted to the Head of State for consideration.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of creating favorable conditions for organizing cultural leisure for residents and guests of the capital, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to work at a high level to prepare for the New Year and decorate New Year's trees. Having approved the submitted proposal, the Head of Turkmenistan ordered to take appropriate measures in this direction.
