About foundation of the Lu Ban Workshop, People’s Republic of China at the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University

Thanks to the wise domestic and foreign policy of the President of Turkmenistan, Esteemed Serdar Berdimuhamedov, implementing modern reforms, binificial projects of international importance, new humanitarian approaches, taking into account the long-term prospect of international cooperation, the world prestige of Turkmenistan and turkmen people is growing is growing day by day.

During the state visit of our Esteemed President to the People's Republic of China, it was proposed to accelerate the implementation of the Lu Ban Workshop project, adopted by the Joint Declaration of Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China on January 6, 2023.

  In this regard, on October 18, 2024, the signing ceremony of the “Memorandum of Understanding between the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, the Xian Petrolem University, Hebei Petrolem University of Technology, China National Petrolem Corporation and China Education Association for International Exchange” on the opening of the Lu Ban Workshop was held during the working visit of the Rector of Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University in Beijing, Xi'an and Hebei, People's Republic of China, as well as negotiations on directions for further cooperation.
