Scientific electronic journal of medicine and innovations to be established in Turkmenistan

A new scientific electronic journal "Lukmançylyk ylmy we innowasiýalar" of the Turkmen State Medical University named after Myrat Garryev will be created in Turkmenistan. Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Orazdurdyeva reported on the measures taken to create the journal.

As outlined in the report, the journal will be published biannually in Turkmen, English, and Russian on a dedicated online platform, ensuring broad accessibility to a global audience. The journal will primarily feature scholarly articles contributed by both domestic and international professors, medical practitioners, and researchers. These articles will delve into a wide array of topics, including theoretical and practical aspects of medical treatment and prevention, health promotion, traditional medicine, as well as on the tasks set by the Hero Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan in the area of medical diplomacy. Moreover, the journal will highlight the achievements of Turkmenistan's healthcare system and its recognition on the global stage, as well as exploring the latest innovations in international medicine.

In this regard, a corresponding proposal was submitted to the head of state for consideration.

In response to this proposal, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the country's commitment to fostering the development of its medical professionals and to creating an environment conducive to the widespread adoption of digital technologies in healthcare.

Having approved the establishment of the "Lukmançylyk ylmy we innowasiýalar" journal, the President has tasked the Deputy Chairperson with taking the necessary steps to bring this initiative to fruition.
