The President got acquainted with the work carried out in the agro-industrial complex

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhallyyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and velayat hakims. The issues of the implementation of the National Rural Program, as well as the course of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country, were put on the agenda.

The first speaker was given to the head of the administration of the Ahal Velayat, S.Soltanmyradov, who reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As reported, the necessary measures are currently being taken to increase the pace of cotton harvesting in the shortest possible time and without losses, including to use agricultural machinery at full capacity, the smooth functioning of receiving points and cotton gins.

Along with this, work is underway to continue sowing wheat in accordance with agrotechnical standards, effective use of agricultural machinery and aggregates, and vegetation irrigation of crops is carried out.

At the same time, on the agricultural lands of the velayat, potato, vegetable and other crops are being cared for and the harvest is being harvested.

Information was provided on the ongoing preparation for winter of heating systems of buildings and structures in the field of education and culture, public facilities and residential buildings, as well as on the progress of construction of various facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, scheduled for commissioning this year.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the need to harvest cotton without losses, properly sow wheat in accordance with agrotechnical requirements, and addressed a number of specific instructions to the hakim in this regard.

Having focused on the importance of successful implementation of the tasks outlined in the National Rural Program, the head of state ordered to keep under control the quality of construction of various facilities planned for opening this year.

Then, the Governor of the Balkan Velayat, H.Ashyrmyradov, reported on the pace of seasonal work of the current campaigns, measures taken to organize the cotton harvest, ensure the coordinated work of the relevant structures involved, as well as for uninterrupted transportation, reception and placement of the harvested crop.

Along with this, wheat sowing continues in compliance with agrotechnical standards, efforts are being made to effectively use agricultural machinery and timely watering of crops.

In order to fulfill the tasks set by the head of state to increase the production of vegetable and other food crops in the country and provide the population with these products, crop care and harvesting of potatoes, vegetable and other crops are carried out in the fields of the velayat.

Due to the approach of the winter season, the heating systems of buildings in the fields of education and culture, public facilities and residential buildings are being prepared.

It was also reported on the progress of construction of socio-cultural and industrial facilities within the framework of the country's Socio-economic Development Program for 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the current year.

Summarizing the report, the President of Turkmenistan drew attention to the importance of seasonal agricultural work carried out these days, instructing the hakim to sow wheat within agrotechnical deadlines and accelerate the pace of cotton harvest.

The Head of State also ordered to keep under control the quality of construction of buildings and structures for various purposes within the framework of the country's socio-economic development programs scheduled for commissioning this year.

The workshop on the digital system continued with a report by hyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev on the progress of agricultural work in the fields of the region.

As noted, the necessary measures are currently being taken to organize the cotton harvest and increase its pace, as well as for the effective operation of combines and other equipment.

In addition, efforts are being made to ensure high-quality sowing of wheat in the region to obtain good seedlings.

Along with this, winter crops are being cared for and harvested, as well as preparatory measures for rice harvesting.

It was reported on the preparation of socio-cultural buildings in the velayat for the winter heating season and on the progress of construction within the framework of the National Rural Program of various facilities that are planned to be commissioned this year.

After hearing the report, the President of Turkmenistan instructed the hyakim to take the necessary measures to carry out wheat sowing in accordance with agrotechnical standards and harvest cotton as soon as possible and without losses.

The Head of state also ordered to keep under constant control the quality of construction work at various facilities within the framework of the National Rural Program, scheduled to open this year in the region.

Then, M.Annanepesov, the governor of the Lebap Velayat, reported on the progress of seasonal campaigns, implemented agricultural enterprises to increase the pace and quality of cotton harvesting, as well as for the proper use of combines in the fields, ensuring the smooth operation of specialized enterprises and timely delivery of the harvest to the state.

Along with this, wheat sowing continues in the velayat in compliance with the requirements of agricultural technology. Everything necessary is being done to operate special equipment at full capacity. Vegetation irrigation is carried out on the sown fields.

Guided by the tasks set by the head of state to ensure food abundance in the country, the region takes care of winter potatoes, vegetable and other crops, as well as harvesting the grown crop. At the same time, preparations are underway to harvest rice.

Information was provided on the preparatory work for the winter season of heating systems of buildings in the socio-cultural sphere, as well as on the progress of construction of facilities for various purposes in accordance with the National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on the transformation of social and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, cities of etraps and etrap centers for the period up to 2028, which are planned to be commissioned this year.

After hearing the report, the Head of state noted the importance of proper seasonal campaigns, ordering strict observance of agrotechnical standards during the sowing of wheat. Among the priorities, the President of the country identified the harvesting of cotton without losses and in the shortest possible time, instructing the hakim to keep under constant control the execution of work in this direction.

It was also noted that the focus should be on the quality of construction of facilities for various purposes within the framework of the Program of the President of Turkmenistan on socio-economic development of the country for 2022-2028 and the National Rural Program, which are planned to open this year.

Then the governor of Mary velayat B.Orazov reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural work.

It was reported that steps are being taken in the region to harvest cotton without losses, activate the cotton harvesting campaign, effectively operate agricultural machinery, and smoothly transport the harvested crop to reception points and cleaning plants.

Along with this, the necessary measures are being implemented in the velayat to carry out sowing wheat efficiently and on time, watering is carried out in order to obtain uniform shoots.

Field work continues on the care of winter potatoes, vegetable and other crops, and harvesting of the grown crop. Row-to-row processing, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers, and vegetation irrigation are performed on areas sown with sugar beet.

Hakim also reported on the ongoing preparations for the heating season of buildings of socio-cultural purpose, as well as on the situation on the construction sites of facilities that are planned to be commissioned this year in accordance with the National Rural Program.

Summarizing the report, the Head of state stressed the importance of organizing the ongoing seasonal agricultural work in accordance with agrotechnical requirements, addressing specific instructions to the head of the velayat administration.

Also, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to monitor the quality of construction of various facilities scheduled to open this year.

Next, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhallyyev made a report on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.

As reported, the harvesting of grown cotton is currently continuing, the efficient operation of agricultural machinery is ensured, and the uninterrupted transportation of the harvested crop to cotton gins is ensured.

In order to ensure high-quality sowing of wheat in the velayats, the necessary measures are being taken to use special equipment and aggregates at full capacity, to provide grain growers with high-quality seeds. Seedlings are watered in a timely manner.

According to the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan to further strengthen food abundance in the regions, work is underway in the velayats to care for winter food crops and harvest the grown crop. Preparatory activities for rice harvesting are being carried out in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats, and sugar beet care is being carried out in Mary Velayat.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the need to carry out current agricultural activities in accordance with the norms of agricultural technology and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure control over work in this direction.

Then the Head of State addressed the participants of the workshop, stressing the importance of harvesting cotton without losses and sowing wheat on time and instructed to keep under review the progress of certain works.

Summing up the results of the workshop on the digital system, the Head of state wished the participants success in fulfilling their tasks.
