The Turkmen delegation participates in the international forum “WE ARE TOGETHER” held in Moscow, Russian Federation

From December 4 to 8, 2024, at the invitation of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Turkmen delegation is making a working visit to Moscow, Russian Federation.

The forum, which focuses on volunteer work, includes representatives from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization, the International University of Humanities and Development, and Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.

The main goal of the forum is to establish active cooperation between the state, business, and civil society sectors to provide effective support for people. During the forum, a special ceremony was held to award outstanding volunteers with the international “WE ARE TOGETHER” award in honor of International Volunteer Day. Additionally, an exhibition of international and local organizations working in the field of volunteerism was organized, showcasing volunteer centers and discussing key issues related to volunteer work. On the third day of the forum, participants were introduced to the work of the “Youth of Moscow” center, and cultural events were organized for them.

The development of volunteer movements among youth is one of the main goals of Turkmenistan’s state youth policy. Currently, the country’s young volunteers actively participate in forums and scientific-practical conferences both at the national and international levels, demonstrating their active engagement. This serves as a clear proof of the successful implementation of Turkmenistan’s youth policy.
