Robotics competition is completed: the best of the best were awarded

On December 8, 2024, a two-day robotics competition among young people, organized with the support of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, was completed at Yagshigeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. The event ended with a ceremonial awarding of the winners, which emphasized the importance of the initiative for the development of the country's innovative potential.

The competition brought together more than 270 talented young people from all over the country. They competed in four categories:

According to the results of the competition, 9 participants became winners in individual categories, taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. In the team competition, prize places were awarded to 9 people who participated in the best projects. All winners were presented with valuable gifts at the awards ceremony.

 Uniqueness of the event

The culmination of the opening ceremony was the demonstration of the Anymal X robot provided by «PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn Bhd», which attracted great interest of the guests.

Moreover, the exhibition, where educational centers such as «Imdat elektronik», «Gyýrat», «Milli ulgam», «Dana» and «Päk nesil», as well as students from specialized secondary schools, including students from the Berdimuhammet Annayev Military School, presented their achievements in the field of robotics, was organized.
