October 12, 2023 of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International of Oil and Gas University, in the conference hall of the Information Technology Center, approved by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1156 dated March 1, 2019 “State program for the implementation of the main directions of state policy on civil defense in 2019-2030”.In order to fulfill the requirements arising from the decisions of the meeting of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Emergency Situations, held on July 10, 2023, an information campaign was conducted to expand the scope of volunteer activities and its significance.
