On September 2,2023 in the Conference hall of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas university, a gratitude meeting was held on the occasion dedicated to the Speech, read on September 1, 2023 with the participation of the National Leaderof the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag and the opening of educational institutions in the city of Arkadag.
