Successful competitions

    In  the  Epoch  of  the  Revival  of  a  New  Era  of  Powerful  State, new  pages  are  opening  in  the  history  of  Turkmen  sports. Today  Turkmenistan  is  known  as  a country  with  a  developed  sports  system  capable  of  successfully  holding  world-class  competitions.

     The achievements ofTurkmen athletes at international competitions deserve special mention.

     From  May  20 to  May  25,2023, the  Asian  Belt  Wrestling  Championship  was  held  in  the  city  of  Jizzakh  of  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan. In  the  competition,  the second  place  was  taken  by  Fayzullayeva  Aynura, a 1st-year  student  of  the  Faculty  of  Energy  and  Engineering  Structures  of  the  Yagshygeldi  Kakayev  International Oil  and  Gas  University.

Successful   performances  of  our  athletes  at  the  world  level  give  rise  to  a  sense  of  joy  and  pride  among  sports  fans.
