The award ceremonies for the Jubilee Medal and Commemorative Signs of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna” were held

On December 10, in accordance with documents signed by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, award ceremonies took place for citizens who have made significant contributions in various fields of the country and to the study and global promotion of the creative heritage of the classical poet Magtymguly Fragi. These individuals also contribute to the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, respect for national values, traditions, and customs of our people. They were awarded the Jubilee Medal of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna” and Commemorative Signs “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna”.

The ceremonies, held across all sectors, were attended by the Speaker of the Mejlis, Deputy Prime Ministers, who warmly congratulated those present on International Neutrality Day and wished them new successes in their work for the happiness of the people and the prosperity of the Fatherland.

Among the awards were Mejlis deputies, diplomats representing the state's interests abroad, creative figures, cultural and artistic workers, mass media representatives, educators, scientists, healthcare workers, athletes, representatives from youth and public organizations, trade, banking, economy sectors, energy, construction, agriculture, transport, communication industries, as well as personnel from the military and law enforcement agencies.

These events are a vivid testament to the special respect in our country for masters of their craft, who dedicate their knowledge, experience, and talent to serving the Motherland and set an example for the younger generation.

The participants in the ceremonies proudly received their well-deserved awards. In their speeches, they expressed sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the high appreciation of their work for the good of the people, their contribution to enhancing the country's authority. It was emphasized that these awards are shared with all fellow citizens who are building our happy present and bright future.

Sending their best wishes to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Speaker of the Halk Maslahaty, the speakers assured that they would continue to apply all their strength and experience to implement the large-scale reforms initiated by Hero-Arkadag and now successfully continued by the head of state, aimed at further strengthening unity and cohesion among the people, ensuring stability in society, and the prosperity of the beloved Fatherland.

It should be noted that foreign citizens were also awarded the Jubilee Medal of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna” and Commemorative Signs “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna” for their special achievements in studying, preserving, popularizing, and transmitting the creative heritage of the classical poet of Turkmen literature to future generations, as well as for strengthening friendship and cooperation between nations, developing and enriching Turkmenistan's cultural ties with the world’s countries and international organizations, on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fragi. For the awardees, this was an unforgettable event just before International Neutrality Day.

Music and songs were played during the ceremonies. In the performances of art masters, the pride of the people for the literary heritage of the great Magtymguly Fragi and for President of Turkmenistan Arkadagly Hero Serdar was expressed poetically.

Award ceremonies were also held today in the velayats of the country.
