Dilnoza Mamutniyazova Rozumbayeva, a fourth-year student at the Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, and the holder of the title “YOUNG SCIENTIST” of Turkmenistan. One of the first recognitions of her talents was the award “Young Scientist in the Field of Information and Communication Systems, Computer Technologies,” which Dilnoza received on June 12, 2023. This award highlights her high level in the field of science and technology.
Recently, Dilnoza added three more significant awards to her achievements. She became the recipient of the Youth Award of Turkmenistan, which is presented to outstanding young scientists who contribute to building the future of the country through their work.
She then won the “Digital Solution 2024” competition for innovative projects, where she showcased unique developments in information technology. Her third award was for the “Best Scientific Article of the Year,” which could serve as the foundation for further research and the implementation of new technologies.
Dilnoza Mamutniyazova was awarded I and II-degree diplomas by the Scientific Publishing Center “SCIENCE HERALD” for her scientific article titled “Exploring the multifaceted role of student councils in enhancing leadership development, and university community cohesion: A comprehensive analysis of their impact on educational environments and youth empowerment.” The work was presented at the scientific research competition organized by the journal “Innovative Studies” and was recognized by the jury as the best both in content and the innovativeness of the ideas proposed.
Not only in the scientific field but also in the public sphere, Dilnoza demonstrates her leadership. As the Chairwoman of the Student Council at the Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, she inspires students and young professionals to develop, unlock their potential, and strive for high-class achievements.
