An exhibition of Afghan products and a business forum will be held in Turkmenistan

On January 17, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system. The agenda included several issues of national importance.

During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers N. Ataguliyev reported on the preparations for the upcoming exhibition of Afghan products and the business forum in Ashgabat.

As reported, the event, scheduled for February 23–27 of this year, will involve the participation of manufacturing companies and entrepreneurs from Afghanistan who are interested in collaborating with Turkmenistan. The exhibition and business forum will focus on discussing opportunities for developing mutually beneficial partnerships and exploring the potential for exporting Turkmen products to Afghanistan.

In this regard, a relevant proposal was submitted for the President's consideration.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that hosting the exhibition of Afghan products and the business forum in Turkmenistan would be an important step toward further expanding Turkmen-Afghan cooperation. Approving the submitted proposal, the head of state instructed the Deputy Chairman to carry out the necessary work.
