A new Control and Analytical Center launched at the Customs Service

January 20th, a new Control and Analytical Center was inaugurated at the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan. The new center is designed for large-scale remote monitoring of customs facilities in real time.

Center specialists conduct operational monitoring and analysis of all customs operations carried out at posts throughout the country. The center's equipment includes modern hardware and software that allows online tracking of the movement of goods and cargo through customs control points. This will significantly increase the efficiency of customs authorities when goods and vehicles cross checkpoints.

The center will also strengthen interdepartmental cooperation and control over the operation of road, rail, and airport checkpoints, as well as customs facilities at airports. Thanks to new technologies, center staff will be able to centrally collect, process, and analyze information, which will enhance the analytical capacity of law enforcement agencies.

The new Control and Analytical Center has created comfortable conditions for round-the-clock monitoring. The work area is equipped with all the necessary amenities and technologies for productive work by employees. Rest areas are also provided, and a special hall with high-tech equipment for online meetings has been created for meetings and conferences.

The opening of the center is another step towards the modernization and automation of customs procedures in Turkmenistan.

It is also worth noting that within the framework of the event, 7 cars were presented to the State Customs Service on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan.
