Between January 13 and 21, H. Myratgeldiyeva, a fourth-year student specializing in law at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, participated in a short-term study program under Japan's MIRAI educational initiative titled “Mutual Understanding, Intellectual Exchanges, and Academic Interaction.” The program focused on the theme of “Rule of Law.”
During the program, general lectures were conducted on topics such as “Japan's Foreign Policy Towards Central Asia and the Caucasus”, “The Rule of Law in the International Community”, “An Overview of Japan's Administrative Judicial System”, “Law and Justice System and Legal Education in Japan”, and “Achieving the Uniqueness of Law Through Legal Cooperation”.
The purpose of this program was to introduce participants to Japan’s legal and educational systems, culture, arts, historical sites, and national identity. To achieve this, general lectures were conducted with the participation of highly qualified specialists in these fields.
The short-term program also included the participation of law students, graduate students, and legal professionals from countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia.
