In the Balkans and Dashoguz velayats, new buildings for the judiciary will be constructed

In order to successfully implement the tasks outlined in the "Program for the Development of the Judiciary System of Turkmenistan for 2022–2028" and further improve working conditions for the judiciary employees in the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of a Mighty State, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdymukhammedov, signed a Resolution.

According to the document, the Ministry of Justice is authorized to design administrative buildings for the judiciary in Turkmenbashi, Balkansky velayat, and Dashoguz city, Dashoguz velayat, ensuring that these buildings are equipped with modern facilities, improving the surrounding area, and constructing internal and external engineering systems and structures, including electricity, gas, communication systems, water supply, and sewage systems, along with connecting to the city’s general infrastructure.

The document also stipulates that construction work should begin in February 2025, and the administrative buildings should be fully ready for operation by January 2027.
