The first lesson entitled “International Year of Peace and Trust” of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year

Today, the first lesson of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University under the title “International Year of Peace and Trust”.
The lesson included a comprehensive discussion on the role and significance of the content of the books of our Hero-Arkadag “Jewel of the Mind” and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar “Magtymguly — the Sage of the World” in the generation upbringing.
The “Concept of Improving Teaching Methods in General Education Programs in Turkmenistan until 2028”, approved by the Resolution of our Esteemed President, aims to foster pride and love for the Motherland, its glorious history, national traditions and customs of our courageous and hardworking people, moral standards, spiritual and moral values, cultural and spiritual heritage of the courageous and hardworking people through the widespread introduction of advanced, developed, highly effective teaching methods in educational work. Therefore, the students were widely informed about our national traditions and principles, our peace-loving path.
At the first lesson, experienced teachers of the university underlined one more time that our country is recognized as a place of peace and trust in the world. As an example of this, it should be noted that the United Nations General Assembly declared 2025 as year of “International Year of Peace and Trust”. Students were also informed that the UN General Assembly, at the initiative of Turkmenistan, unanimously adopted the Resolution entitled “Central Asia - a Zone of Peace, Trust and Cooperation”. These examples clearly demonstrate that peace and friendship are being developed in the world at the initiative of our country.
May the second half of the 2024-2025 academic year be fruitful! May our Hero-Arkadag, our Arkadagly Hero Serdar have sound health and live long, may their great deeds for the benefit of the country and humanity be crowned with success!
