International Year of Peace and Trust

In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the year 2025, declared as the "International Year of Peace and Trust," and in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality, an open lecture on the theme "Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality: Its Historical Roots and Modern Significance" was held on February 11, 2025, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan under the guidance of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy. The lecture was delivered by the distinguished diplomat of Turkmenistan, professor, and candidate of technical sciences, Amangeldi Rahmanov. The event was attended by professors and students of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute. The information presented by the diplomat about the historical roots of the principle of Neutrality left a deep impression on the participants.
