INTERNATIONAL TRAINING-METHODOLOGICAL CONFERENCE WAS HELD

On February 28, 2025, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, an International Training-Methodological Conference "Language - An Important Means of Friendly Relations" was held through the digital network on the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's membership in the United Nations, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality. Professors and Lecturers of higher and secondary vocational schools of our country and foreign higher educational institutions attended the meeting.

During the conference, Lecturers made speeches on the importance of learning foreign languages, modern methods of teaching as well as their important role in international relations, and shared their experience in this field. This solemn event brought together the professors and teachers from higher educational institutions of our country and the foreign countries like the United States, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Armenia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Romania, and the Republic of Hungary, and created great opportunities for them to exchange ideas.

The results of the international educational conference "Language is an important means of good relations" will have an impact on improving the teaching of foreign languages and on the practical application of new methods developed in world science. It will encourage teachers to use the types and methods of teaching foreign languages, to develop their skills in language teaching through the exchange of mutual experience, to improve the quality of teaching foreign languages, as well as to improve the teaching methodology from the point of view of organization-methodology, innovation-pedagogy, and teaching-methodology.

At the end of the Conference Appeal to the President of Turkmenistan was adopted on behalf of the participants of the International Training-Methodological Conference "Language - An Important Means of Friendly Relations".
