The event, which brought together esteemed lecturers, artists, and students, celebrated the values of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality and its role in fostering unity, peace, and national identity.
The event commenced with a powerful monologue titled “Neutral Homeland” performed by People’s Artist of Turkmenistan, Aysoltan Kovusova. Her captivating performance set the tone for an evening dedicated to honoring the country’s rich cultural and historical legacy.
Prominent lecturers and students from various educational institutions shared insights on legendary historical and cultural figures of Turkmenistan. Among them, Arslan Charyyev, a lecturer from the International University for the Humanities and Development, and Abdyleziz Saryyev, a third-year student specializing in international relations and world politics, delivered an engaging discussion on Shukur Bagshy, a revered figure in Turkmen folklore. This was followed by a literary-musical composition on the same topic, performed by the talented artists of the theater.
The legacy of Mane Baba, a significant historical and spiritual figure, was explored by lecturers and students from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, including Rustem Hojageldiyev, Annageldi Gylychmyradov, and Kerim Myradov. The discussion was complemented by a dramatic excerpt from the play “Binyat,” performed by People's Artist of Turkmenistan, Ovezguly Gelenov.
Further, Tumar Sha, the legendary queen known for her strength and leadership, was highlighted by lecturer Suray Akmyradova from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The audience was then treated to a theatrical performance from the play “Tumar Sha” by the theater’s artists.
The program continued with a presentation on Ene Hüwdüsi, emphasizing the role of lullabies in instilling patriotism and peace, delivered by Bagul Begenjova, a journalism student from the International University for the Humanities and Development.
