In accordance with the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Law of Turkmenistan "On Military Duty and Military Service," I decree:
To discharge to the reserve in April–June 2025 from the Armed Forces, other troops, and military bodies of Turkmenistan conscripted military personnel who have served the terms stipulated in the Law of Turkmenistan "On Military Duty and Military Service."
To conscript into military service in April–June 2025 male citizens of Turkmenistan who have reached the age of 18 by the day of conscription and do not have the right to exemption from conscription or deferment, as well as citizens under the age of 27 who have lost their right to deferment from military service.
This Decree shall enter into force upon its publication.

In execution of Decree No. 529 of the President of Turkmenistan dated March 14, 2025, "On the Discharge to the Reserve from the Armed Forces, Other Troops, and Military Bodies of Turkmenistan of Conscripted Military Personnel and the Regular Conscription of Citizens of Turkmenistan into Military Service," the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed an Order. According to this Order, the Minister of Defense of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, the Head of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, the Head of the Presidential Security Service of Turkmenistan, and the Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan are instructed to conduct the discharge of military personnel who have served the terms established by the Law of Turkmenistan "On Military Duty and Military Service" in a ceremonial setting in accordance with discharge plans, and to reward those distinguished in combat and socio-humanitarian training.
