Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism passed down by our great ancestors, with the aim of further strengthening the unity and solidarity of Turkmen society and each family, as well as on the occasion of the sacred Gadir Khidzhesi, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdymukhamedov, signed the decree "On the Pardon in Honor of the Sacred Gadir Khidzhesi for Convicted Individuals," releasing those pardoned from serving further time in prison.
