Dear People of my Homeland!

Dear fellow countrymen!

I sincerely congratulate you on the arrival of the Night of Omnipotence, Gadir Hijesi, which symbolizes prosperity, spiritual purity, high morality, and the nobility of the sacred month of Ramadan! I am confident that the grace of this great night, strengthening the unity and cohesion of our society, will inspire us to achieve new and higher goals in the further development of our Homeland!

In the system of world values, our ancestors, considering humility as gentleness, contentment as generosity, purity as nobility, knowledge as wisdom, honesty as kindness, mercy as generosity, and friendliness as friendship, created exemplary material and spiritual values, national traditions, beliefs, customs, as well as high spiritual and moral principles and teachings. In the era of the Renaissance of the new era of a powerful state, the value of this heritage has reached an even higher level, uniting humanity and connecting the past with the present and future. This ensures the comprehensive and harmonious development of our society, while simultaneously strengthening the national pride of generations.

The Turkmen people, like the entire Islamic world, have long treated the blessed month of Ramadan, the Night of Omnipotence, Gadir Hijesi, with special reverence – a sacred night of mercy, prosperity, and a month of physical and spiritual purification.

On this sacred Night of Omnipotence, sadaqa-agzachar is given, and Taraweeh prayers are performed in new modern mosques that reflect both ancient and modern architectural traditions. Prayers are offered for the sovereignty and prosperity of our beloved Homeland, whose authority in the world continues to grow, for the unity and prosperity of our brave people, and for peace and tranquility on Earth.

The national principle – that a person is the highest value of society and the state in our country – traces its roots back to the great ancestor Oguz Khan Turkmen, whose legacy continues to this day, associating good deeds with the best of times. Therefore, in the International Year of Peace and Trust, on the Night of Omnipotence, Gadir Hijesi, supporting the traditions of mercy and humanity, as well as the national principles passed down by our great ancestors, we forgive the sins of those who have been condemned and convey them to their families. This continues our high humanitarian and national principles, demonstrating our unity, happiness, and prosperity in the Renaissance of the new era of a powerful state.

Dear fellow countrymen!

Building and creating is the path to progress, to our movement toward new heights and sovereign statehood. This path, laid out by the highest and most noble dreams of our great ancestors, has allowed us to reach these happy days. By following this path, we strengthen the foundations of our democratic, legal, and secular state, successfully implementing large-scale, dynamic, and fruitful work, ensuring the prosperous development of the country. We are constantly modernizing our economy, relying on constructive labor, our immense love for the Homeland, and our programs that foresee the socio-economic development of our country for decades to come.

The accelerated pace of construction continues with new modern settlements and cities, combining industrial, engineering, and social facilities, which contributes to enhancing the potential of our sovereign Homeland and improving the living conditions of our people.

The principles “The state is for the people!”, “The Homeland is only a homeland with its people! The state is only a state with its people!” inspire our beloved people to feats and honest work, instilling in our hearts an inexhaustible sense of pride for our independent state.

In the future, we will continue to accomplish great deeds for the welfare, prosperity, and happiness of our people by building new powerful enterprises, production centers, and modern cities and villages. We will further strengthen our relations with all nations along the path of peace, friendship, brotherhood, and cooperation.

May your prayers and benevolence during the blessed days of the month of Ramadan and on the Night of Omnipotence be accepted by Almighty Allah for the inviolability and prosperity of our sovereign Homeland!
