On March 28, a meeting took place between Oguljahon Atabayeva, Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Akmaral Alnazarova, Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who arrived in our country to participate in the International Conference "Year of Peace and Trust: Advancing International Activities for the Sake of Children."
On behalf of the Turkmen side, Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Foundation O. Atabayeva thanked the guest for accepting the invitation to participate in the prestigious international forum. She noted that Turkmen-Kazakh relations, based on bonds of friendship, brotherhood, and good-neighborliness, are developing across a wide range of areas. Taking the opportunity, she conveyed warm words from Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
In turn, the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the internationally significant forum, highlighting the special symbolism of holding this conference in Turkmenistan during the International Year of Peace and Trust.
In this regard, the significant role of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in strengthening humanitarian ties in the region and the world was emphasized.
As underscored, the Charitable Foundation consistently allocates financial resources to perform various surgical operations for children in need of care in healthcare institutions of the capital and velayats, to provide treatment for young Turkmen citizens raised and educated in orphanages, specialized schools, and boarding schools, and to purchase medical supplies for them.
The provision of humanitarian aid to several countries around the world serves as a vivid example of the important role of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Care in developing and strengthening friendly relations between states.
The Minister of Healthcare of the fraternal country highly praised the Foundation’s work, noting that it is a clear indicator of the special attention paid in Turkmenistan to the harmonious development and health of children.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Oguljahon Atabayeva, and Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmaral Alnazarova, expressed confidence in the continued successful development of bilateral cooperation in the healthcare sector.
