In the city of Arkadag, an international beauty contest of Akhal-Teke horses will be held, dedicated to the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse

In order to further enhance the global fame of our "paradise" horses, which are a national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 12657 "On the Organization of Contests for the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse" dated November 16, 2012, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.
According to the document, it is ordered to hold the international beauty contest of Akhal-Teke horses in the city of Arkadag on April 26, 2025, in connection with the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse, as well as competitions among artists, sculptors, carpet weavers, jewelers, photographers, publishing workers, designers, and television operators for the artistic representation of the beauty of Akhal-Teke horses in works of visual and applied arts, printed materials, photographs, and on TV channels. The composition of the jury for these competitions has also been approved.
