The President of Turkmenistan has signed a decree "On postponing the day off coinciding with Remembrance Day"

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree "On postponing the day off coinciding with Remembrance Day".
According to the decree, the day off on 6 October (Sunday) will be moved to 7 October (Monday).
The document was adopted due to the fact that Remembrance Day, celebrated on 6 October, falls on a day off. The decree also complies with the second part of article 81 of the Labour Code.
All institutions, enterprises and organisations of Turkmenistan, regardless of their form of ownership, are ordered to ensure the implementation of the decree.
