International Cooperation in Science and Education

Within the framework of the visit of the delegation led by Abdullah Eren, Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities of Türkiye to Turkmenistan a meeting was held on April 8, 2025 at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages ​​to discuss promising areas of cooperation in the field of science and education.

The meeting was attended by Abdullah Eren, Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Zülgaip Akkush, Head of Department of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Vahit Börek, Advisor to the Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Servet Turan, Coordinator of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, Merve Solak Özkan, Specialist of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, and Burak Kemal Düzgün, Specialist of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities of Türkiye.

During the meeting, the guests proposed professional development courses for Turkish language teachers in priority areas of cooperation in the field of science and education, and noted that today’s meeting will be an important step in the development of Turkmen-Turkish relations.

The fact that the delegation members met with Turkish language teachers of our higher education establishment and students of the pedagogical education field (Turkish language, Turkmen language and literature) of the Faculty of Oriental Languages ​​and Literature, and told them about scholarship programs in the education sector, was a clear demonstration of the successful implementation of bilateral cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their deep gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our esteemed President for paying great attention to the development of interstate relations, and sincerely wished the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who spread the glory of our Independent, Permanent Neutral Land throughout the world, make unparalleled efforts for the prosperity of our country and for the happy life of our people, sound health, long life, and further succes in their endeavors for the benefit of the country and humanity.
