The President of Turkmenistan visited the Turkmenistan pavilion at EXPO-2025

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as part of his visit to Japan, took part in the ceremonial events dedicated to the National Day of Turkmenistan at the World Expo 2025.

Under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our Homeland successfully implements a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of positive neutrality, peacefulness, good neighborliness and equal cooperation at the regional and global levels. In this context, great importance is attached to the expansion and development of trade and economic ties with countries of the world. A clear confirmation of this is the participation of our country in the EXPO 2025 exhibition.

World Expos are unique international events that bring together countries, companies and organizations to demonstrate their achievements, technologies and cultures. The first World Exhibition was held in London in 1851 and since then EXPO exhibitions have served as an effective platform for exchanging experiences and presenting achievements.

Turkmenistan is one of the first countries at this World Forum to hold a National Day, which is accompanied by vibrant events.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated those gathered on the opening of the National Day of Turkmenistan at the World Expo 2025.

Our country's pavilion is designed in the shape of a rounded triangle and symbolizes renewal and sustainable development. The roof of the building is framed by "Gülýaka", one of the ancient women's jewelry of the Turkmen people, and the exterior design is embodied as an inspiration of the Karakum Desert. The exterior decoration of the building uses motifs of Turkmen carpets, an image of the world-famous Akhalteke horse, as well as beautiful images of our beautiful nature.

The National Pavilion of Turkmenistan is a place where ancient traditions and modernity intertwine, attracting the attention of guests with its magnificent views. While the carpet göls tell the glorious story of brave ancestors, the flowers of the Karakum desert reflect the beauty and diversity of Turkmen nature. It should be noted that environmentally friendly building materials were used in the construction of the national pavilion.
