AN EVENT TITLED “LABOR PROTECTION: THE KEY TO HEALTHY AND SAFE WORK” WAS HELD AT THE TURKMEN STATE ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION INSTITUTE

On April 12, 2025, during Turkmenistan's “International Year of Peace and Trust” and the era of Revival of the new epoch of Powerful State, the Trade Union Organization of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, in collaboration with the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan (as per Resolution No. 7-8g dated March 28, 2025), organized mass educational and awareness ceremonies among students residing in the institute's dormitories.

This initiative, undertaken to fulfill the Charter tasks of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, is aimed to: strengthen societal solidarity; promote healthy lifestyles; help to establish safe and comfortable working conditions for workers in institutions and enterprises under the Council of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers of Turkmenistan; protect the labor and health rights of workers; ensure healthy and safe working environments; fully implement technical and ecological safety standards; highlight the importance of Turkmenistan's labor protection legislation. As part of these ceremonies, students participated in cleaning and landscaping the areas surrounding educational buildings and dormitories, contributing to the further economic development of the Fatherland.

During the work, the students were explained the tasks of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the work of employers on labor protection, as well as strict observance of rules and regulations in the dormitory, ensuring environmental safety, organizational, technical and sanitary-hygienic requirements, proper use of electrical equipment, prevention of accidents, traffic accidents and fires, and economical use of water, using extensive examples.
