The presentation of the book “Hakyda göwheri” took place within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS

On April 22, 2025, a meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the CIS was held at the Organization’s headquarters in Minsk.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Executive Committee – CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev and his deputies, as well as permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the Commonwealth member states to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth.

During the event, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus N.Shakulyev made an introductory presentation on the book by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Hakyda göwheri”.

During the presentation of the book “Hakyda göwheri” Ambassador noted that in the publication of the new work special attention is paid to the themes of patriotism, the sanctity of the Motherland, as well as historical events demonstrating the importance of friendship, peacefulness and strengthening cooperation with countries of the world. The book emphasizes the humane traditions of the Turkmen people, such as mutual assistance, hospitality, unity, equality and justice.

The book “Hakyda göwheri” places special emphasis on the continuity of centuries-old traditions of the Turkmen people, their contribution to the development of a global dialogue of cultures, as well as on the modern achievements of Turkmenistan within the framework of the policy of positive Neutrality and constructive interaction with the countries of the world community.
