INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD CONTINUES

As previously reported, on April 22, 2025, the II International Mathematical Olympiad among schoolchildren commenced at Specialized Secondary School No. 131 in Ashgabat. On April 23, during the first half of the day, students participated in the individual competition round. It is noteworthy that the Olympiad is being conducted with high organizational standards, thorough preparation, and fairness. All necessary conditions have been established in the Turkmen capital to ensure the successful hosting of this international competition.

Alongside the Olympiad, delegation leaders familiarized themselves with the educational and training processes at the host institution. They also visited the International Scientific and Technological Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. This initiative plays a significant role in enhancing international scientific and educational cooperation.

In the afternoon, delegation leaders and Olympiad participants toured the National Carpet Museum of Turkmenistan and the cultural-historical monument “Nisa” in the capital. These excursions were among the memorable events of the Olympiad’s comprehensive program.
