From April 21 to 23, 2025, teachers and students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University took part in the international exhibition GOTECH 25 “Energy, Technology, Innovation”, which was held in Dubai, UAE. The international exhibition featured oil and gas companies, including those involved in innovative solutions, field development, energy reform technologies and reduction of carbon emissions into the environment. The international scientific conference continued its work in several sections within the framework of the exhibition.
The exhibition featured models of innovative wind power plant designs designed to generate electricity from wind energy in five regions, as well as for use on buildings, prepared by teachers and students of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University. In addition, a model of a “Device for squeezing air out of a drill pipe cavity” was presented at the exhibition.
During the exhibition, participants got acquainted with the structure of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, the specialties in which specialists are trained, laboratories and the scientific work carried out. The exhibitors exchanged views with engineers from various companies participating in the exhibition on the research activities carried out at the university. It was noted that this innovative technology is an environmentally friendly, renewable source of energy.
The team of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, who took an active part in the project work presented at the GOTECH exhibition “Energy, Technology and Innovation”, was awarded a letter of thanks and a commemorative sign.
