Cooperation between Turkmenistan and France is a guarantee of new successes

On May 7, 2025, declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust", teachers of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University together with the TV channel "Altyn Asyr" Turkmenistan held a round table dedicated to the significance of the official visit of Hero-Arkadag, National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan to the French Republic on May 5.

The discussion was attended by Professor of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, Honorary Elder Nuryagdy Suvhanov, University Lecturer G. Meredov and Senior Lecturer of the University, Head of the Department of Languages ​​Sona Islyamova. The discussion was moderated by Senior Lecturer of the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University J. Sapargulyyeva.

The speakers expressed gratitude for the important meetings held during the Hero-Arkadag's visit, including negotiations with the President of the friendly country Emmanuel Macron, which brought traditional cooperation to a qualitatively new level in all areas. Because this visit opened a new page in interstate relations. The Turkmen-French economic forum was timed to coincide with the visit of Hero-Arkadag. The event was also attended by representatives of French business circles interested in expanding their positions in the promising, steadily growing Turkmen market. In general, memoranda signed between friendly states will play an important role in the development of interstate relations.
