On May 18, independent and neutral Turkmenistan celebrates a major national holiday – Constitution and State Flag Day, symbolizing the sovereignty of the Motherland and the unbreakable unity of the nation.
The epicenter of the celebrations was the Turkmen capital, where ceremonies were held with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to lay flowers at the Monument of the Constitution and the National Flag of the country.
