"Marathon of Peace and Trust" invites everyone

Get ready for an explosion of energy, positivity and unity! The Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan together with the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan and the Ashgabat City Administration invite everyone to the grand "Marathon of Peace and Trust" in honor of Europe Day 2025!
This will not be just a race, it will be a real celebration of sports, friendship and a healthy lifestyle! Join us to create an unforgettable atmosphere together!
When and where?
• Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025
• Location: Near Independence Park
• Start/Finish: Intersection of Turkmenbashi Avenue and 10 ýyl Abadançylyk (Moskovskaya) Street
• Time: 07:00 – 11:00 (Let's start the day actively!)
Who can participate?
• 2 km: Ideal for the whole family! Take your children (under 16 - must be accompanied by an adult) and spend an unforgettable morning together!
• 5 km and 10 km: For everyone over 16 and ready to test their strength!
It doesn't matter whether you are a pro or a beginner, the main thing is your desire to move, recharge your batteries and be part of something big!
You will find:
• Prizes and gifts for the winners and most active participants!
• Fun competitions and sports entertainment for the whole family!
• A sea of positive emotions and new friends!
How to register?
Don't miss the pre-registration!

• Dates and times: May 29–30, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
When you register, you will receive your race number, T-shirt, and sign the appropriate consent forms. Important! On the day of the race, be sure to come wearing the T-shirt and number attached!

• 7:00 – 7:15: Let's meet and get ready for the start!
• 7:15: Grand opening!
• 7:30: Start of the 2 km family run!
• 7:45: Start of the 10 km run (For the most resilient!)
• 8:00: Start of the 5 km run (A great choice for most!)
• 9:30: Awarding of heroes and festive closing!
