A meeting was held with representatives of the European Training Foundation for the "DARYA" project

On September 18, 2024, a meeting was held at the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan with representatives of the European Training Foundation (ETF) as part of the "Dialogue and Action for Talented Youth in Central Asia" (DARYA) project. The event was attended by Georgios Zisimos, Chairman of the ETF Policy Council, and Katarina Lukachova, Coordinator for Turkmenistan.

This meeting marked an important step in strengthening cooperation between the Innovation Information Center and the European Training Foundation.

During the meeting, specialists from the Innovation Information Center introduced the ETF representatives to the Center's activities and projects.

• Since 2020, the Center has been actively working to enhance the digital literacy of citizens, improve access to digital education in the regions and rural areas of the country, and provide computer literacy training for people with disabilities. The achievements to date were also presented.
• A presentation was held analyzing the work carried out in the country under the DARYA project based on the "SCAFFOLD" methodology.
• Additionally, information was presented about the capabilities of the "E-mekdep" management system, developed by the Center with the approval of the esteemed President and Hero-Arkadag, as well as its use in general education schools across the country.

During the meeting, proposals for continuing bilateral cooperation between the Innovation Information Center and the European Training Foundation were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, the distinguished guests were presented with remarkable books created based on the wise guidance of the President of Turkmenistan, Arkadagly Hero Serdar, and National Leader Hero-Arkadag.
