Turkmen-Mongolian Business Forum Held in Ulaanbaatar

On June 2, within the framework of the state visit of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Mongolia, the Turkmen-Mongolian Business Forum was held in Ulaanbaatar.
The meeting focused on identifying current areas of trade and economic partnership at a new stage of interstate dialogue, exchanging views on the prospects for investment cooperation, and implementing joint projects. The forum was attended by heads and representatives of relevant government agencies and business circles of Mongolia and Turkmenistan.
Before the start of the meeting, which took place in the conference hall of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia, the participants familiarized themselves with an exhibition of Turkmenistan’s decorative and applied arts and a carpet exhibition-fair. The original works of traditional crafts and the magnificent carpet pieces woven by talented Turkmen craftswomen sparked great interest among Mongolian partners in the unique cultural heritage of our country.
