Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan accredited to the Principality of Monaco

On May 30, 2025, the ceremony of presenting credentials by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Principality of Monaco (with residence in Paris) Maksat Charyev to Prince Albert II of Monaco took place at the Princely Palace of Monaco.
During the audience, the Ambassador conveyed to Prince Albert II warm greetings and best wishes from the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Prince Albert II of Monaco conveyed warm greetings to the President of Turkmenistan and Hero-Arkadag in return, and also expressed his best wishes to the Turkmen people.
During the meeting, the importance of the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag to Monaco in January of this year was particularly noted. At the same time, the parties emphasized the importance of the humanitarian mission of the Vice President for therapeutic activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship Oguljahan Atabayeva, which took place in April 2025.
During the meeting, the Ambassador presented Prince Albert II with official invitations to participate in the High-Level International Forum to be held on December 12, 2025 in Ashgabat on the occasion of the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of permanent Neutrality, as well as in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3), which will be held in August of this year on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea.
