A cultural event was held in Frankfurt in Honor of the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Neutrality

A cultural event was held at the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Federal Republic of Germany (Frankfurt am Main), dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality.

The event was attended by diplomats, representatives of the business community, members of the Turkmen diaspora and university students.

In his speech, Consul M.Ozbekbaev drew the participants’ attention to the importance of the Turkmenistan’s status of permanent Neutrality and peacekeeping initiatives.

As part of the event, a presentation was held for the book «Magtymguly – the Sage of the World» by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as the philosophical work «Hakyda Göwheri» by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The participants praised these publications highly, noting their contribution to the promotion of Turkmenistan’s spiritual and cultural values on the international stage.

A book exhibition was also organized on the sidelines of the event, featuring works by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

At the conclusion of the event, guests were treated to traditional dishes of Turkmen cuisine.
