PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS WERE AWARDED

In the era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, thanks to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag and Hero Arkadagly, Serdar large scale measures are being carried out in our country to provide the younger generation with high-quality education in accordance with international standards. Wide opportunities are being created for obtaining modern education, engaging in scientific and creative activities and participating in professional competitions.

Thanks to the special support of the esteemed President, modern comprehensive schools equipped with the latest technology provide the younger generation with education that meets modern requirements of the time, based on national and international experience.

As part of the implementation of the Concept of improving teaching methods in general education programs in Turkmenistan until 2028, systematic work is being carried out with teachers from the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag to introduce indicators of international educational programs such as PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS and others into the national education system. It is of particular importance to promote the creative approach and professional development of primary school teachers in order to create educated, well-rounded, mature individuals with a broad perspective, as well as to raise physically and spiritually healthy young people.

"If you work hard, people will recognize you," says the proverb. A striking example of this was the award ceremony for exemplary educators working in secondary schools in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. At the ceremony, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the primary school teachers for their decent work and emphasized the important role of primary education both in the general education system and in the formation of the child. Then, taking into account the many years of creative work of the teachers, they were awarded Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, beautiful bouquets of flowers and valuable gifts.

Further, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan proposed to expand the range of activities aimed at studying and disseminating best practices in primary education. He gave instructions to the chief editor of the scientific-methodological journal "Bilim" to publish best pedagogical practices on its pages.

In this regard, a ceremony was held, followed by pedagogical discussions in the editorial office of "Bilim". From the teachers' speeches, it became clear that articles on important issues of modern education would appear in the journal in the near future. An interesting and informative discussion about advanced and effective teaching methods took place in the editorial office.. During the conversation, the participants agreed that it was important to prepare and publish articles that reflect the best pedagogical practices of primary school teachers.

The teachers assured the editorial staff that they would be preparing methodological articles based on their experience and expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to work with them. They warmly bid farewell to the editorial team, promising to continue sharing their knowledge and expertise.
