EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL MANUAL "ECONOMIC AND SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS OF TURKMENISTAN'S INVESTMENT POLICY" FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS HAS BEEN PUBLISHED.

A new educational and methodological manual for higher education institutions, titled "Economic and Scientific Foundations of Turkmenistan's Investment Policy," has been recently published. This manual was prepared by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, based on the outcomes of the Investment Forum of Turkmenistan.

The manual explores the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, the strategy of the President of Turkmenistan, and the country's role in the global economy. It explains the core concepts of investment activities and projects, as well as Turkmenistan's investment policy. The manual provides a comprehensive description of foreign investment in Turkmenistan and its significance, investment opportunities in various sectors of the national economy, and Turkmenistan's positive experience in attracting foreign capital. It also covers the results of the Investment Forum of Turkmenistan (ITF-2024), held on September 11-12, 2024.

This educational and methodological manual is intended for faculty, undergraduate, and postgraduate students of higher education institutions. It can also be a valuable resource for industry specialists and a wide range of readers.
