TEXTBOOK "INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW" FOR HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

International humanitarian law implies justice, equality and respect for fundamental human rights and freedoms. The norms of international humanitarian law are one of the oldest branches of international law.
A textbook for higher educational institutions "International Humanitarian Law" has recently been published (authors: D. Ballieva, S. Gochumova, M. Gurbannazarova – A.: Turkmen State Publishing Service, 2025, 272 pages). The textbook consists of an introduction and seventeen chapters covering the most relevant issues according to the curriculum.
The textbook is intended for students studying at universities in the fields of "international law", "jurisprudence", "international relations and diplomacy", "international journalism", and can also be used by undergraduates, graduate students, as well as specialized specialists and other readers.
