President of Turkmenistan Signs Decree Establishing the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

In order to successfully address the objectives outlined in the “President of Turkmenistan’s Program for Socio-Economic Development of the Country for 2022–2028,” and to support the entrepreneurial and business sectors in the training, retraining, and professional development of highly qualified personnel in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, I hereby decree:

To approve the decision of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan on the establishment of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

To instruct the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan to facilitate the following:

The development and legislative approval of the Charter and organizational structure of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

The licensing procedure of educational and vocational training activities of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, as well as the state accreditation of its educational activities;

The preparation of curricula at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in accordance with international standards and their submission for approval to the relevant Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;

The legislative approval of the admission plan for the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

The determination of tuition fees for students at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

The organization of student admissions starting from the 2025–2026 academic year;

The official invitation of foreign lecturers and specialists to conduct classes at the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
