Hero-Arkadag Meets with Çalık Holding Chairman to Discuss Strategic Partnership

Ashgabat, Turkmenistan – June 29, 2025 – National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a meeting today with Mr. Ahmet Çalık, Chairman of the Board of Çalık Holding, to discuss ongoing and future cooperation across key sectors.

During the meeting, Mr. Çalık extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Hero-Arkadag and congratulated him on the second anniversary of the city of Arkadag—Turkmenistan’s flagship smart city initiative. He also conveyed personal greetings from the President of the Republic of Türkiye to both Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan.

The discussions underscored the strong, long-standing Turkmen–Turkish partnership and the important role Çalık Holding has played in advancing bilateral cooperation. The company is currently involved in major infrastructure, energy, and healthcare projects across Turkmenistan.

Hero-Arkadag highlighted the success of collaborative projects initiated under his leadership and now carried forward by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. He reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s commitment to equal, innovation-driven partnerships with trusted international companies like Çalık Holding.

Mr. Çalık expressed gratitude for the continued trust and confirmed the company's readiness to expand its engagement with new, high-impact projects aligned with Turkmenistan’s development goals.
